SAVE THE COMMON FIELD

The aim of the Campaign Against Mineral Extraction and Landfill CAMEL is to save the Common Field between Betchworth and Brockham.

We are paying for appropriate experts who we hope will identify legal and technical resaons to prevent the Common Field becoming a sand quarry and a potential landfill site.

It is only fair that the community as a whole shares the cost.

If each household contributes one pound twenty five pence a week that should be sufficient for us to reach our objective.
